Aquino arrives in Switzerland for World Economic Forum | Inquirer Global Nation.
Actual, unretouched (by me) photo accompanying this story on the Inquirer Global Nation website:
Oh, come on now. My kid can do a better job with MS Paint. Does make one wonder, though, whether he’s actually there.

Hi! To be fair, the scaled-down photo did appear like PNoy was photoshopped into the picture. But a cursory look at the PCOO website would reveal otherwise: http://www.pcoo.gov.ph/photos-jan2013/photo05-012413.htm
Thanks. I’m just a random tweep who saw this link being retweeted and thought it better to correct any misconception.

So maybe he just naturally has a fake head.

Actually, I found another photo of him at the same location, one the PCOO didn’t post, and that photo turns out to be pretty good evidence for this one being…adjusted. I will put up a copy shortly.

It’s on the same page I linked to, just scroll down. I’m no photoshop expert but from what I can observe, it looks photoshopped when scaled down because: 1) We don’t see his neck thanks to the scarf, ergo the head looks a lot bigger. But if you know his actual posture, his head really tends to veer forward because he’s a bit of a hunchback; and 2) the light from behind illuminates a small portion of the top of his head, making it look like the head portion was just cut from another photo and superimposed into this one.
Either way, I don’t see why this should be an issue.

It’s not really. Except it’s the Inquirer, which fails as a legitimate media organization. And it’s him, and he’s just a boob in general and a deserving target of derision.

It really isn’t, except that his even being there is a waste of resources, and a deserving target of derision.

Just curious, if that was a legitimate photo, then why does it no longer appear at the original link?

I’m no fan of the Inquirer but you’re whining about its credibility yet here you are trying spreading falsehoods. If the photo’s a non issue then why make a big deal out of it. The title of your blog alone is a complete lie.
